    Thank you, beautiful practice. It had a little bit of everything with standing, sitting, and reclining poses, which I appreciated. Plus a few strength moves along the way. Great start to the day!

    This is a good longer practice. And I managed to lift my toes off the floor while doing the side bend for the first time.
    No matter how long I’ve been doing yoga for, I still regularly get cramps in my feet when they are pointed. Particularly annoying when it happens while in child’s pose. Any idea why that might happen?
