This made me think of a remix song I watched on YouTube before of mister Rogers singing about growing ideas in the garden of your mind. This also made me want to plant some seeds in a pot to symbolize this same sort of thing and watch them slowly grow in my actual reality.

I found this to be harmful to me. After 7 says I have successfully upset some of the work of the past 4 years dealing with 50 years of trauma and abuse that formed into CPTSD.
RTT – is a commercially driven program created by Marissa Peer. I have watched her on numerous Mind Valley videos. She comes across as a person driven by self doubt and money, insecure within herself.
I am so disappointed to find this great website hawking RTT and I only wish I had real uses what was on offer in this video.

Most excellent experience. I find that after going through a dark depressive state this really helps me.I was in a dark place but not anymore. I’m a full time carer for my mum which is challenging to say the least. My mate has noticed a big difference in my personality since starting this, and now when faced with a problem I recognise it and deal with it accordingly.Sometimes I do slip backwards but I then think of my garden which pushes me forward.
