I’ve been meditating for almost 2 years now through YouTube videos and this is the first one to make me truly relax my whole body. It was quite the journey for 10 minutes. Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I feel more relaxed than ever! ❤
I find meditating in the mornings and right before sleeping is the best. Maybe separate meditation videos for each though since ur brain may associate them. Just 10 mins in the morning can change it day, and 10 mins at night really helps with the stressful thoughts ruining their sleep.
