    SKY breath meditation looks good and promising, but it appears to be a little more complicated than mindfulness, TM, or Veda. I think it’s a reason why it’s not very popular like other types of meditations.

    A bit of click bait here… no use of SKY breath/meditation, just guided relaxation that most of us already know. This is a sales pitch.
