The Mental Health Benefits of Nature

During this free BNRC-hosted online event local professionals discussed the many ways people of all ages can connect to nature, the mind and body benefits, and share personal experiences related to time outdoors. Easy tips, tools, and resources were highlighted as well.

Speakers included Marlee Tyska from Berkshire Greenleaf & Wellness and founder of Hiking in the Berkshires Facebook group, América López from Latinas413, Volunteers in Medicine, and hike leader for the Berkshire Natural Resources Council, and Annabelle Coote from Movement Matters Integrative Psychotherapy.
